Refund policy

We want you to actually wear the shirt. If something isn't right, email returns@fulcoindustries.com and we'll sort it out.

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

We're a small operation, so we handle this like people rather than a policy engine. Email us first — depending on the situation we may simply refund you and tell you to keep the shirt, pass it to a friend, or donate it. That's often the sensible outcome for everyone, and it's entirely at our discretion.

If we do ask for the shirt back

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received it, with tags attached. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions — you won't be out of pocket to send something back. Print it, stick it on the package, and hand it to USPS.

Please don't ship anything back before contacting us. Items sent without a return request may not be refunded, simply because we won't know whose they are — and please don't guess the address from an old package.

If something is wrong with the order

This one's on us, not you. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item or size from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full — and in most of these cases we won't ask for the item back at all.

Exchanges

Different size? Email us. In practice the fastest route is a refund on the original order and a fresh purchase in the size you want — stock on a given run is limited, and we'd rather not hold your size while a package is in transit.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the return — or decided to refund without one — we'll email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bear in mind your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you the refund was approved and you still don't see it, email returns@fulcoindustries.com and we'll chase it.
